Do you drink water in the morning, after waking up?

This is a well-known Japanese therapy that prevents and aids in the treatment of many diseases. There is no doubt that water is one of the most beneficial beverages for overall health.

It is well known that 2/3 of the human body is made of water and that this ingredient is vital to the survival of mankind and every living thing in general. But a simple habit that involves drinking water can help us improve our health on many levels.

All you have to do is drink a glass of water the moment you wake up.

This is a well-known Japanese water therapy and is extremely effective in preventing various conditions and health conditions.

In the morning, when you wake up, drink 650 ml of water (that’s less than 4 cups). Do not consume tap water unless there is a filter for purification. Distilled water is much better. If you consume distilled water, it is recommended to add some minerals such as baking soda. Add one teaspoon to the whole amount of water, as it can be harmful.

45 minutes after you drink the water, start your daily chores – for example, you can have breakfast. You should not eat anything during those 45 minutes.

Drink at least one glass of water before each meal and do not drink anything two hours after a meal. That way you will drastically improve your health.
