Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh ginger root
  • 100g pollen powder (ground)
  • 500g quality honey

Method of preparation:

When buying ginger, make sure that the root is fresh and not too dehydrated. Wash it gently, peel it with a scoop, then grate it or chop it finely.
